Become the person you already are!
Sometimes we spend so much time trying to be someone we’re not, that we forget to appreciate the person we already are.
I offer 1:1 and group sessions for highly sensitive people and anxious perfectionists who are done worrying about what other people think, and are ready to finally be themselves!
decision making?
hesitation?
the need to ‘perfect’ or achieve?
overthinking everything you did or said?
intense introspection?
the idea that you’re just not quite good enough?
the thought of moving beyond the fear or reluctance you feel so deeply?
Do you find yourself overwhelmed by…
You’re self-aware, thoughtful, emotionally intelligent and intuitive, but you can’t quite get to what you desire, what you long for…
You want to make decisions with confidence.
You want to spent less time thinking about all the things that can go wrong and more time doing what makes you feel good.
You want to expand without fear or hesitation.
You want a kinder relationship with yourself.
You don’t want to do it alone!
I’m so glad you are here. Let’s get you back to being you!

Beyond Just Procrastination is an ebook and journal that will guide you to explore what's behind the reluctance you feel when you find yourself stuck in the same spot again and again.
There will be no forcing yourself into taking action, or shaming yourself into becoming a “better” version.
Beyond Just Procrastination is about uncovering a deeper awareness of what's happening underneath the surface, with honesty and self-compassion - and helping the person you already are, feel safe enough to ask for and move towards what you desire.
Procrastination when studied closely can be a beautiful opening to the way we are.

Hi, I’m Lisa
I’ve spent my whole life trying to be someone else.
Masking.
Performing.
Pleasing.
Leaving myself over and over again.
I cared only for perfection and acceptance from the outside.
I decided in my 40s that I’m going to stop all that and just be me.
Easier said than done of course!
I am here to share with you the ways in which I have come to learn how to accept myself for who I am.
My sensitivity. My anxieties. My emotions and feelings. What I actually want.
If you’re struggling like I did, and quite honestly, I still do, let me help you develop a better relationship to yourself. It’s time to finally put down all the people pleasing, the worrying, all the unwanted behaviours, and persistent need for external validation.
It’s time you get to be you!
