Hypnotherapy for highly sensitive perfectionists

Are you ready and willing to sacrifice perfectionism for what you could become without it?

I help highly sensitive people and anxious perfectionists break free from the shackles of perfectionism, become the people they were meant to be, and thrive through reconnection with their purpose.

Do you find yourself overwhelmed by…

  • decision-making?

  • hesitation?

  • the need to ‘perfect’ or achieve?

  • overthinking everything you did or said?

  • the idea that you’re just not quite good enough?

  • the thought of moving beyond the fear or reluctance you feel so deeply?

  • intense introspection?

  • emotional responses?

  • You want to make decisions with confidence.

  • You want to spend less time thinking about all the things that can go wrong and more time doing the things you want to do.

  • You want to expand without fear or hesitation.

  • You want to feel both grounded in your abilities and open to new challenges.

  • You want a kinder relationship with yourself.

  • You want a harmonious relationship with timing.

  • You want to feel more presence and ease.

  • You don’t want to do all of the above alone!

You’re self-aware, thoughtful, emotionally intelligent and intuitive, but you can’t quite get to what you want…

I’m so glad you are here. Let’s get you back to being you!

Hi, I’m Lisa

I’ve spent my whole life trying to be someone else.

Masking.

Performing.

Pleasing.

Leaving myself over and over again.

I cared only for perfection and acceptance from the outside.

I decided in my 40s that I’m going to stop all that and just be me.

Easier said than done, of course!

I am here to share with you how I have come to learn how to accept myself for who I am.

My sensitivity. My anxieties. My emotions and feelings. What I actually want.

If you’re struggling as I did, and quite honestly, I still do, let me help you develop a better relationship to yourself. It’s time to finally put down all the people pleasing, the worrying, all the unwanted behaviours, and the persistent need for external validation.

It’s time you get to be you!
